Many years ago, OT/partners made the decision to emphasize real-world expertise over the academic approach to consulting that many of our competitors favored. Nevertheless, we remain proud of the rigorous, prudent methodology that’s at the core of everything we do. That methodology – called SPADE – provides us with a roadmap for our activities that our clients can easily follow, allowing them to closely measure us according to a specific set of milestones and deliverables.

The SPADE methodology consists of nine discrete, sequential stages that describe various phases of system design, launch and management. These are:

OT/p clients rarely require our involvement in all of these areas, usually only engaging with us on a few of these stages.
